Detailed Product Description

Weldmesh is a welded wire mesh which is manufactured from metal wires welded at their intersections. By using different diameter wires it can be made into a light or heavy gauge product.

It is supplied in mild steel, copper washed, pre-galvanised mild steel and stainless steel. It can also be made to special order in high temperature alloys such as monel and inconel.

Because it is welded it can be cut into any shape, it cannot separate or fray and when cut flush it forms its own safe edge without fraying and does not require tensioning in order to pull it into shape.

Special finishes are available including powder coating in any colour, triple coating and plastic coating. This adds to its corrosion resistance and can considerably increase its lifetime as well as its aesthetic appearance.

Stainless steel is now increasingly popular, valued for its strength, hygienic and rustproof qualities. For the food and electronics industries it can be supplied electro polished after manufacture where extreme cleanliness is important.

It can be supplied in framed panels made to customers requirements.

Its large open area gives good through visibility when used as screening or for guards.
